George Salazar (Seymour) is thrilled to be a part of this very special production of Little Shop of Horrors. He is best known for his work as “Michael” in the cult sensation Be More Chill, a role for which he won a Lucille Lortel Award, two Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards, and garnered nominations for both Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards. His work in New York includes The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (Drama Desk nomination), tick, tick… BOOM!, Here Lies Love, The Broadway revival of Godspell, and more. He has appeared on television in “Bull” and “Divorce” and appears on several albums including “Two-Player Game” a studio recording of his two-person cabaret act with Be More Chill composer, Joe Iconis. Mj Rodriguez

Mj Rodriguez can currently be seen starring as housemother “Blanca” in Ryan Murphy’s groundbreaking series Pose on FX. Currently in its second season, the series was nominated for a 2018 Golden Globe Award in the category of Best Television Series Drama, a Writers Guild Award and won both a Peabody Award and GLAAD Media Award in the category of Outstanding Drama Series. Rodriguez was most recently nominated for an MTV Movie + TV Award in the category of Breakthrough Performance.

Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, Rodriguez made her Off-Broadway debut in New World Stages production of RENT as Angel, before continuing onto New York City Center to star in Encores! production of Runaways.

In 2018 she made her Tribeca Film Debut starring in the indie film “Saturday Church,” a performance which garnered her a Tribeca Film Festival Nomination for Best Actress. Her other television credits include: Nurse Jackie and Marvel’s Luke Cage.

Amber Riley

Actress and singer Amber Riley is best known for her role as ‘Mercedes Jones’ in the Golden Globe Award-winning musical comedy, Glee. She was most recently seen on the big screen in Tyler Perry’s Nobody’s Fool, opposite Tiffany Haddish, Tika Sumpter, Omari Hardwick, and Whoopi Goldberg. Riley made her West End debut in 2016 in of the revival of Dreamgirls in the iconic role of Effie White.  The production marked the UK premiere of the award-winning production. Riley won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance.  In 2013, she won season 17 of ABC’s hit competition series Dancing with the Stars alongside her partner Derek Hough. Additional recent television appearances include a starring role in the UPtv original movie, My One Christmas Wish and a starring role alongside Queen Latifah, Mary J Blige and newcomer Shanice Williams as Addaperle, the Good Witch of the North, in NBC’s live production of The Wiz. Riley’s numerous theatre credits include Alice in Wonderland, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Into the Woods and Mystery on the Docks with the Los Angeles Opera. In November 2012, she made her New York stage debut to rave reviews in New York City Center’s Duke Ellington’s Cotton Club Parade.

Chamberlin has been nominated for three Tony Awards, originating the roles of “Horton” in Seussical, “Charlie” in Dirty Blonde, and “Uncle Fester” in The Addams Family on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include: Wicked, Disaster, The Ritz, Chicago, Triumph of Love, My Favorite Year, and Abe Lincoln in Illinois. Most recently, Kevin starred opposite Michael Urie in High Button Shoes with NY City Center’s Encores. Film roles include: Die Hard with a Vengeance, Road to Perdition, Taking WoodstockIn and Out, The Emoji Movie, Trouble, Wonder Park, Christmas with the Kranks, Suspect Zero, and Lucky Number Slevin. Matthew Wilkas

Wilkas is an actor and writer best known for his starring role in the gay indie film Gayby and for playing “Peter Parker” in Broadway’s Spider-Man:Turn Off The Dark. Wilkas most recently appeared as “Rolph” in Bonding (Netflix) and will be starring alongside RuPaul in the new Netflix scripted comedy series from Michael Patrick King, AJ and the Queen. Other credits include: Ugly Betty, Law and Order, Island Zero, and Chris Rock’s Top Five. Wilkas also wrote, produced and starred in his series New York is Dead (Funny or Die) which premiered at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival and won Best Comedy at the 2017 New York Television Festival. Wilkas and his longtime writing partner Daniel Vincent Gordh star and produce the queer sketch comedy web series on YouTube called Matt and Dan which has had it’s sketches screened at over 40 LGBTQ film festivals worldwide.

Jones is so excited to be making her professional theater debut at the Pasadena Playhouse! Jones first discovered her love for singing at the tender age of three. A Richmond, VA native, Jones attended high school at Henrico Center for the Arts where she was a part of the Musical Theater program. She later went on to earn her Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Management in 2016 from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. While at Berklee, Jones was cast in her dream role as “Effie White” in the school’s production of Dreamgirls. After graduating from Berklee, Jones moved to LA and signed with agent Nicole Dernersesian at Firestarter Entertainment. Bell began his formal dance training at the age of 15 in the Baltimore area and within three years was named a finalist for the “Maryland Distinguished Scholar-Talent in the Arts” scholarship. He went on to receive his BFA in Dance Performance from Towson University, where he worked under Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell (former Ailey principal dancer), Vincent Thomas (VT Dance Director), and Runqiao Du (former Washington Ballet principal dancer).
